Applications to become a member must be submitted, in writing, to the Executive Committee and indicate clearly who shall exercise the right to vote on the respective organization. The membership application must set-out the motivation and intended contribution to the Association clause (Article 3) to maintain and sustain a thriving network. The Executive Committee reviews every application within 60 days and if applicable approves new members and notifies the admission accordingly. Membership ceases:

  • By written resignation, notified to the Executive Committee at least six months before the end of the financial year;
  • By exclusion ordered by the Executive Committee, for just cause, with a right of appeal to the General Assembly. Appeals must be lodged within 30 days of the Executive Committee’s decision being notified;
  • Automatically, for non-payment of dues by year end, in advance for the subsequent year;
  • In case of the voluntary or involuntary dissolution of the Member organization.
